Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / No Gi submission grappling

Some call Jiu Jitsu, ‘The gentle art.’ Others call it, ‘Human chess.’ We call it, “Your next obsession.”

Classes focus on grappling and groundwork, with no punches or kicks. You’ll learn strategy, technique, and intricate problem-solving. We provide gi and no-gi instruction so your Jiu Jitsu knows no bounds.

Our instructors have trained under the great Royler Gracie and twelve-time blackbelt world champion, Caio Terra.

Adult Kickboxing

Our kickboxing program balances technique and conditioning. 

For technique, we focus on setting precise foundational movements, building to more advanced combos. Through instructor-led padwork and drilling in a supportive, team-centered environment, you’ll develop a well-rounded striking game that’s grounded in self-defence and intelligent combat strategy. 

For conditioning, our classes challenge your cardio, your strength, and your sweat factor. By using heavy bags, an Airdyne bike, functional equipment, and your own body weight, you’ll find yourself primed to sharpen your athleticism along with your technique.

Flow Yoga

While you won’t find any candlelit chanting here, Flow Power Yoga will sure light a fire under your — *ahem* — glutes. If you think of marital arts as your cross, your power shot, yoga is your jab. Designed to strengthen your body and stretch your brain, our classes focus on priming the body for martial arts movements and conditioning the mind for stress. You’ll learn to use your breath as a gateway to focus in “fight or flight” and cultivate the mobility to expand the range and precision of your motion. In other words, Flow Yoga is like grappling … with yourself … as a pretzel.
