JOSH CRONE
Sensei, Head Coach, Founder
Josh Crone opened the doors of Flow Martial Arts January 2020. He was able to keep his fledgling business alive thanks to the small but mighty membership that stood by him through the pandemic’s lockdowns. His greatest accomplishment is that today, Flow Martial Arts is a thriving community of amazing kids and adults that come together around their mutual love of combat sports.
Josh has over 20 years of coaching, sport-specific training, martial arts, and teaching strength and conditioning. Josh built his lifelong career as an athlete on a foundation in team sports. His focus on teamwork has become what differentiates Josh’s approach to martial arts.
While martial arts is usually viewed as a solo endeavour, Josh believes that when we see karate, kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu as team sports, we become better athletes, martial artists, and human beings—together. His life’s work is to turn his students into super-powered athletes and stand-up human beings.
Josh is proudly First Nations.
