MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)

Mixed martial arts (MMA) incorporates techniques from various martial arts, including kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu jitsu.

At Flow, we use a game-based method to teach you the positions and skills required to help you excel both standing and on the ground. Learn striking and jiu jitsu tactics to neutralize opponents and the transitions critical to understanding MMA.

We recommend students train in BJJ or kickboxing for at least three months, but welcome all levels.
